Kiwanis Circle K - Carleton U
The Kiwanis Circle K Club at Carleton University is comprised of a group of enthusiatic university students who are committed to community service in keeping with the principals of the Kiwanis Club of Ottawa. They initiated their own projects and in some instances participated in Kiwanis Club of Ottawa projects.
In addition to the activities of the Kiwanis Circle K Club at Carleton University, the Kiwanis Club of Ottawa Circle K committee launched a Scholarship program in 2004 in support of the Circle K members and though private donors raised $500.00. The committee is seeking a champion for the coming years to support this Scholarship. The Scholarship recipient this year was Sarah Speevak who will be attending law school in September 2004.
